Here is my method for cleaning of plastic or vinyl:

Cleaning Solution: 1 cup of bleach to 1 liter of water. Otherwise, you can use a solution of vinegar and borax. Just add as much borax dissolved in vinegar - not a real technical form?

Method: Before you begin, cover plants, shrubs, bushes, grass or plastic protection. Bleach is harmful to plants. Bleach also stain plastic laminate, then the solution of borax is a better option here.

Wear gloves. Use the brush and the rust should come with a little effort.

At a 25:75-ratio of bleach to water paid. Spray areas of mold, let it sit for a few minutes, then power wash with plain water.
