You can eat food, low fat. For years when I was eating less meat than 90% in the bathroom. Stay away from all meat and nuts for at least 6 months. Or do you hate life.
I'm great now 10 years old.
Do a Google for nutrition, little fat and a good list of things for the home.
Eat fats carefully. And do not eat fried foods at least 6 months, while out. Once moving into the bathroom.

I pulled my gullbladder nine months ago. My diet is very similar. I eat a balanced diet and eat less fatty food. Apart from that everything is equal. Hope this helps.

Read the package if you have a hardened fats and oils ..... Stay Away!

Do not know the daughter of the bladder, how to deal with these fats, so that it produces stones ...... Unfortunately the doctors did not find that your bladder GAL is necessary to do this ..... Now they have no stones ... could not yet created, but now are actually more dangerous because the liver can not go ......

I'm not trying to scare or something ....

There is a website to answer all your questions ... and cleaning can be done .... not sell it cuz the items you have at home, or they can get to the grocery store ... But they will give you a list of the processes of self ....

There were hundreds of rocks, and now my gal gal bladder is clean.

PS
Sorry ... hehe the site is www.sensiblehealth.com
E-mail ... Explain that you do not have a bubble gal ....

I had my gallbladder out there now 3 years. I ate healthy before I was out and now a healthy diet. I havent noticed any difference since I had the gallbladder.
But I recommend a healthy diet for your rightful title.
